This god is said to be awful and unhappy, in a constant search for a new vessel for its revelations. Carpenter explains that you may unknowingly pray to the Stitched Lip by murmuring hateful or hated thoughts into the world. She heard from unlikely survivors that a whisper feeds this god more than any other (though she also considers the possibility of it all being nothing but a story).[1]
